It will soon be summer! We will be picking the berries locally, then adding them to the vinegar. Waiting patiently for it to mature, and cherish all their colour, flavour and goodness…

The next batch should be ready early autumn. We will let you know!

This area is famous for its raspberries. They grow abundantly in the surrounding fields. Stretching from Perthshire to Aberdeenshire. This is the place to go berry picking!

Infused in apple cider vinegar, alongside local rose hips, hawthorn and sloes. Hand-picked by us in Angus and Aberdeenshire. When matured, it is then sweetened with natural honey.

The bottle has been chosen very carefully. It is a very old style vinegar bottle. We love the quirky shape, and it’s unusual design. The most important feature is the natural cork. I visited cork “montadosin Portugal, before the wine industry decided to use plastic corks. It was so sad to see this industry suffer. But the producers diversified, and make wonderful things from cork. Luckily, some bottlers still use corks. I hope it is coming back.

Cork is considered to be extremely valuable from the point of view of biodiversity and cultural heritage, in Portugal.

The bottle is made from recycled glass. Not only is the bottle recyclable, it is reusable. We have deliberately chosen labels that are easy to remove.
