Fire Cider Infused Vinegar

Hand crafted fire cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar, infused for 6 weeks with fresh onion, ginger, turmeric, horseradish, garlic, chilli and sun ripened oranges and lemons Sweetened to perfection with pure honey.

Each bottle provides 30 measures of a daily dose of 15ml/one tablespoon. We recommend it is watered down so as to be more gentle on your stomach. You can add it to tea or juice. I love it in the morning with lemon and ginger tea, delicious and cosy. My son drinks it at night before bed. It’s a great base for sauces too. A bottle contains one month’s supply of Fire Cider Vinegar.

The bottle has been chosen very carefully. It is a very old style vinegar bottle. We love the quirky shape, and its unusual design. The most important feature is the natural cork. I visited cork growing area

“montados” in Portugal, before the wine industry decided to use plastic corks. It was so sad to see this industry suffer. But the producers diversified, and make wonderful things from cork. Luckily, some bottlers still use corks. I hope it is coming back.

Cork is considered to be extremely valuable from the point of view of biodiversity and cultural heritage, in Portugal.

The bottle is made from recycled glass. Not only is the bottle recyclable, it is reusable. We have deliberately chosen labels that are easy to remove.
